Baking at home is a fantastic way to save money. You can bake almost anything cheaper than you can buy them premade at the grocery store or bakery.

Cakey Chocloate Brownie
1/3 cup butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 oz each unsweetened and bittersweet chocolate, melted and cooled
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
In large bowl, beat butter with sugar until combined. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat in vailla. Beat in unsweetened and bittersweet chocolate. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Spread in a greased 8 inch pan.
Bake at 350 until tester inserted in centre comes out with a few moist crumbs clinging, about 20 minutes.
